Today I thought I would share a book I am reading with you right now called 'Bikini Fit The 4 Week Plan' by Nikoli. There are some copies available on Amazon here. Here is what the forward says:

So I will be taking cues from parts of the book and beginning to use them such as some of the various exercise plans and skin care plans. But part of the book goes through a pretty extensive Detox Diet which I won't take too literally because I don't think my body would respond to just liquids only and as it is, I eat pretty healthy.
