Keeping the Sun at Bay with an Oversized Sun Hat
There is no other more important accessory for me at the beach than a wide brim over sized sun hat. Raffia or straw work best as they are naturally ventilated and the extra wide brim acts just like a parasol to keep the sun and sand at bay.
